Employer offers Peak U training package, but leaves it up to the individual to purchase equipment and be responsible for their monthly membership.

Hybrid

The employer may pay for all, a portion of, or none of the upfront equipment purchases. The employer may pay for all, a portion of, or none of the monthly membership fees.
